September 24, 2017 - Juniata College

We explored the "Exploding Dots Machine" invented by Australian Mathematician James Tanton. We learned about how the machine operates and then worked together to satisfy our curiosities.

October 29, 2017 - Juniata College

We learned how to play the game "Dr. Eureka" and explored the many mathematical questions we pondered while playing. Participants were given a "Dr. Eureka" game of their own as a a parting gift.

December 3, 2017 - Juniata College

There are going to be some sweet treats involved. You won't want to miss this one.

February 25, 2018 - Juniata College

We looked at some calendar magic and some more math with heads and tails.

March 25, 2018 - Juniata College

We learned how to play the game "Spot It" and once again explored some mathematical questions that arose while playing. Participants received there own "Spot it" game.
